Roberto Luongo was impressive in this series, posting a shutout and a league-best .962 save percentage after the sweep. Game two saw Luongo shutout the Blues with 30 saves, and teammate Alex Burrows had some encouraging words for his goaltender.

The Canucks are led by the first captain-goaltender in NHL history, Roberto Luongo. Luongo finished the NHL season with a .920 save percentage and a 2.34 GAA in 54 games played. Vancouver last Thursday, when he beat many defenders singlehandedly, then roofed it over a sprawled Roberto Luongo. Perron scored on the game-clinching fourth shootout round against Columbus Saturday night in St. Louis. Berglund provided the Blues’ big fourth goal against Columbus on Sunday, slamming a backhand against standout rookie goalie Steve Mason. All three players have been spectacular, and are expected to stay that way in the Blues’ last six games of the regular season.
